A dear friend of mine sent me yesterday night an album I composed in 2005 that I had lost ever since. I actually erased it as it sounded terrible after finishing it. Fortunately she kept a copy on her laptop, and once I heard it again yesterday after so much time I actually liked it, a lot.
I’ll be posting 1 or 2 of the songs from this album titled “NO” on my myspace account in a few days so check it out
All you need in the morning is a nice breakfast and a few good songs to start a perfect day.
I just finished listening to both discs from “The Fragile” by Nine Inch Nails. In my personal taste of music I’d give it a 8.5/10. Quite a great album, there were some excellent songs which I’d give top rating, but a few that I didn’t like too much. Considering it’s -industrial- it went a bit too overboard, too much of a racket. I know that’s what its all about, but I think theres a limit for noise as well
“Ripe (with decay)”, “The Big Come Down” and “The Great Below” were my favourites.
Song – Artist (Album)
Heavy storms shattering glass windows, half the city flooded, cars passing by on the nearby river, electricity shortages, several million with no electrical power, quite a few killed, a few drowned, and several electrocuted. Thats what the panorama might have been like if there *only* had been a huracane.
Most businesses closed halfway through Wednesday and the whole of Thursday to prepare for the great storm, which the news blew out of proportion… maybe… the reality is that it just turned away somehow and managed to miss us at Monterrey, NL, México.
Great way to spend a Thursday though, small showers, cool weather, xbox 360, music and more.
