So I’ve been working on ideas for a new lo-fi song. Yesterday I went to a cafe near midnight, and I liked the way things sounded. I decided to record a few minutes of it… just people talking. Today I felt inspired to write a melody for it. My sister suggested I should add a bit of piano to my lo-fi songs to spice them up a bit, but I didn’t feel it fit in with the mood of this one in particular, maybe the next one.
Anyway, Download MCS here or listen to it through the flash player below…

Did you write that? It is really good. I’d like to see the lyrics sometime.
Thanks! Sure I’ll upload the lyrics some time tomorrow.
The lyrics go something along the following lines:
I live to know oh where to go*
I live to go oh who might know
The question’s answers I can’t
figure out at all
I look around I break the toys
that make the house
I crack my mobile lose my money
miss the phone
Forget my appointment, might just
put my life on hold
I live to walk these empty streets
I love my cup so steaming hot
I sit around and wait for
time to bring me down
I stare at people, they’re all
here but oh they’re not
They hang a drink and speak and
lose it in a wink
Do you know? I’m going cold
