This is a very melodic album, some would maybe agree with me that the music is a bit like a combination between Sigur Rós and Explosions in the Sky. It is fully instrumental, all songs have a great equalization, impressive harmonies and use of drums.
What I like most about it is the way in which they start some songs very slow, very calm, very smooth, and grow steadily until they reach a complete blast. Although I have never been in the middle of a quasar, it certainly feels as if that word would be the appropiate description for the climax experienced in some of these songs.
I do think in some parts the music turned a bit dull, but I’d recommend you give it a listen and tell me what you think about it.
